Russia is a great land spanning across Europe and Asia and 11 time zones. It incorporates a  variety of environment and natural landscapes which provide a great potential for attracting travellers from all over the world.

 

Russians are friendly, gracious hosts and are always happy to show their country to visitors. More importantly, some areas which were closed or had limited access for foreigners have now been open to the public. These include Kamchatka, Sakhalin, Kuril Islands, Primorye (the south of the Pacific coast), the Ural Mountains and many parts of Siberia. Russia has an endless variety of places for travellers.
