Ukraine is a country in Eastern Europe.It borders with Russia to the east, Belarus to the north, Poland to the north-west, Slovakia and Hungry to the west, and Romania to the south, with Moldova in between.  It is partially bounded by two bodies of water  - most notably, the Black Sea.
